Panic !

Was in a panic - unable to print out the E-ticket. Tried several times - Asked the Computer technician to try and complete task. He was unable to complete task as well. Finally I called the help/assistance phone number, Jay Moore #5105 American Airlines Customer Service Representative answered - listened to my situation - Walked me through the process that would be used - had me copy down important numbers. Really put me at ease! Thank You Jay Moore!!

While it took me 1 hour to get through…

While it took me 1 hour to get through to you on the phone, once I did finally speak to an agent, he was able to cancel my booking for me right away.
