I Ordered a t-shirt and got an email back that I had to pay. I send them back that I allready paid. I sended a print screen from my bank account with proof of the paiment. They said that they will check it out but no respons after. I paid for a shirt i did not recieved. People this website is scam!!!

This so called company is a scam beware !!!! they take your money and are untrustworthy and thieves, we ordered some door plates immediately after ordering the order was cancelled by them . They still took the money fortunately by credit card with pay pal guest checkout , they don’t answer the phone or reply to emails , but they did reply to one to say they were looking into a refund but only one out of the dozens. And after that just blanked . Do yourself a favour don’t trust these rip off merchants and stay well clear of the scammers.

Absolute worst scammers! Took my money and then just ignored me on all accounts. It's been almost a week and I still got no news. They never dispatched my parcel. Never again!

Ich habe das erste Mal bestellt und gleich mal 2 Bestellungen in einer Höhe von 280Euro getätigt. Ich war von der Auswahl sehr begeistert. Die Lieferung nach Deutschland war auch richtig schnell. Egal ob per Überweisung oder PayPal, es gab nichts zu bemängeln. Zur Zeit funktioniert Klarna 14 Tage Rechnung nicht, ich schrieb den Service an und erhielt nicht mal 24 Stunden später eine freundliche Antwort. Super schnell. Die Kleidung - was soll ich sagen. Ich bin völlig verliebt. Das Material egal ob Shirt, Weste, Leggings oder Jeans, der Hammer. Schön weiches Material, angenehm er Stretch und die Passform genial. Für jedes Kleidungsstück gibt es eine eigene Größentabelle die super funktioniert. Ich bin happy. Jederzeit wieder.

I ordered a t-shirt on this website a few months ago and when I placed the payment details and finished my purchase I never got a confirmation about it. Thinking it was just a simple glitch in the system, I contacted them immediately asking for any type of confirmation so I can be sure all is well and my t-shirt is on it's way. Never got a reply. Had to contact them two more times just so they can give me a dull reply about my payment not being successful, even though the money has been taken from my bank account. Had to push in numerous amounts of emails just so I can get them to look into my problem, they never seemed interested to help me out even though I provided them information about the payment received from my bank. I don't believe this site is illegitimate, though up to this day I have never gotten my money back, nor the t-shirt I ordered.

Received my item ridiculously quick! I ordered an item from Killstar directly in the beginning of June and still haven't recieved it and their customer service is terrible. I ordered a different Killstar item from metalshop and it came in 2 days!

It was the last summer, but i should mention it. They made delivery only to UK, and i´m in Spain. Made an extra effort to sent it to me (with additional payment), in the end it was super fast!!!!

Very good customer service! I got an answer to my questions very quick and they were very helpful. Quick delivery and the packages were packed well to avoid possible damage during delivery. I highly recommend!
