I signed up in order to receive a discount and the code never made it to my inbox nor spam so i contacted the customer service which is so damn slow...after 3 days of writing back and forward I received no discount code and I am on the verge of missing another discount because their reply is so slow. Also they never respond to me during working hours. they wrote back to me at 22 on a saturday wth.... Oh and then they ask me to write to them in order to make it up to me and they never write back. Awful customer service!

I like that your web shop has a wide selection of items but my order has taken a long time to arrive. I was promised dispatch within 24 hours of order but it really took over 100 hours. My tracking parcel tracking still dosen’t show me anything. Edit 29.1.2024: First of all Metalshop sent me the wrong tracking link for the parcel. They sent me the link where you can track PostNL packages only being shipped whithin the Netherlands, not the international ones. I figured this out on the 4th day of nothing happening on the tracking link. Once I reseived my order on 16.1 I discovered they got my order wrong. I had ordered KMM 10 hole combat boots and reseived the 14 hole variant. Even the order list stated the correct product but they still got it wrong. I immediatily sent a complain about this and got a response the next day. Sending the return wasn’t that difficult, but they didn’t state what phone number and email I should attach to the parcel and I waited 4 days for a response. Once I sent the package over on the 23.1 I notified of them about it right away. I have not reseived ANY info about the correct goods being sent nor the refund for the postage that I was promised. This is the worst customer service I have ever gotten. Most second hand sellers have been more profesial than this. I won’t be shoping here anymore.
