Very Pleased

Shipping was way faster than we anticipated. Packaging was superb. The device (Widex TV Play) was straight forward and easy to set up. My wife is absolutely thrilled that she can hear the tv and the voices clearly. I can have the tv muted or turn up the volume without it affecting her. The only issue we have run into is the cats soon found the wiring and I had to tape them to the back of the tv (the wires not the cats).

Rayovac is a reputable company

Rayovac is a reputable company. The promo was easy to read and understand. It was simple to find the correct size of the hearing aid. Then my new hearing aids arrived in record time and carefully cushioned in its Packaging. I tested them immediately when they arrived and they worked like a dream! Difficult (?impossible) to speak to human. They do answer emails promptly. Apparently they will speak over the phone if asked. Regardless, their email replys are rapid, accurate, and to the point. A pleasure dealing with Kim and her staff.

Immediate feedback from you when I emailed the failure of my hearing aids charger. Suspecting the issue was with the cord, not the charger, you immediately sent me a link to order the cord with the specific size I would need for my charger -- much less expensive than a new charger if that is not needed. I had started looking at Amazon with no reference there to Widex and trying to sell me other products

Customer service was great

Customer service was great. My question was answered before the possible response time indicated on question dialog. Main irritant: I thought shipping costs were extreme based on actual package, even considering postal zones. Order/shipping sheet listed this package as 10 ounces and I started to take to PO just to confirm it probably weighed 1.5 ounce.
