We ordered the baby chair but there was a delay with the courier, they kept us updated and when I emailed for further update a couple days later, they replied right away and we received our baby chair.

I’ve been really impressed with this company. They have excellent customer service - polite and actually helpful, which is very rare these days! I know I can trust the products I buy from them and they are great quality too. You really need a company you can trust when you’re pregnant or have a newborn. It feels like there are so many companies out there that peddle rubbish and take advantage of parents who are too tired or have no time for due diligence but NBS are properly genuine. I wasn’t asked to write a review but thought they should get one!
