After a terrible service with them for my very first purchase, they managed to turn the situation around which was appreciated. The rep I spoke to this time actually took it seriously, unlike the male I spoke to with my first complaint: It’s worrying noting that whilst I got delivery updates from the courier service that I’d had the first complaint with, my 2nd purchase gave no update again.
