If you know what's best, do not book with LASER TREATMENT CLINIC. I had a consultation with Modjdeh (I'm pretty sure she's the one that does consultation there) who suggested diamond dermabrasion the best option for my keloid. Which would have worsened my keloid, as research shows Diamond dermabrasion is not suitable for keloids but rather for acne scars. This just goes to show she is not educated in what she does. She pressured me to sign an agreement and make payment on the same day. Which by reading reviews many people have experienced this. There were many red flags, so I decided to read reviews and research the treatment further that same day. After doing so, I opted not to proceed. The next morning, within the cooling-off period, I messaged them, explaining the treatment she put me forward for was not suitable for me and requesting my case be considered under the goodwill policy since I was only informed of the treatment on the day and also finding out dermabrasion is not for keloids. She declined, insisting on an admin fee for the consultation and correspondence. consultations are free and I never knew making a complaint cost. It's better to go elsewhere. The company is an absolute joke after going back and forth, they reduced the admin fee to £50 which I will be raising a chargeback for after going back and forth for about a week. If you are looking to get keloid treatment please go to a keloid specialist not this money hungry clinic. They will respond to this denying everything as they do with every negative comment , but book at your own risk. Please check all there bad reviews before you consider booking with these people.

I got RF microneedling with Dr. Sara for acne scarring and before my treatment she gave me a thorough explanation of what kind of procedure I’ll be getting. I’ve been on a monthly IPL treatment since May and my skin has improved significantly. The team is very welcoming and knowledgeable about the treatments they offer. Adriana carries out my IPL treatments effectively and consistently, she is very professional and friendly. Dr. Sara has also given me a lot of tips and aftercare on how to take care of my skin outside of treatments.
