Order processing and shipment were very fast. However, when the Phonak Roger didn't work, they could not provide any technical support. They referred me to Phonak, and they couldn't help either. I finally found someone at Advvanced Bionacs, the supplier of my cochlear implant, who knew exactly what to do to fix the problem.

They are super polite and friendly, got the hearing aid fixed immediately and quickly.

The hearing aid batteries were slow to arrive but other than that all was great.

I cannot get the TV Streamer + to work pair with my hearing aids.

After finally got a contact person Service was good Order was hell not to accept my password which has been correct for twenty years Got mad and put order in trash Then received question why!!!
