Actually I did not purchase anything form Hears Hearing & Hearables, I just inquired about replacing my lost Mini Mic but they responded quickly, courteously and were forthcoming with information. I did not purchase because my excellent audiologist solved my concern.

I sent a email with questions about the replacement part I wanted and was very surprised at the same day response with the answers I needed. My part arrived on time and the instructions helped with installation.

Product was good .but disappointed I had to go buy a plug in for it ,at price paid should have came with it .Also I emailed you and ask that got email back said it came with everything I would need.

It was actually a delightful experience. I reached out online. I believe her name is Maile. She was so nice & helpful. She instructed me to send some pictures of one of the items & she figured out what I needed. She Told me when I would expect delivery, sent me the details. Package arrived earlier than expected. She is a gem.

Arrived when expected. Arrived in perfect condition. It arrived in a larger than necessary shipping box, but I will repurpose it!

Both hearing aids are the same color, if they use a different color just to differentiate the left and right aid would be great. I am not sure yet if they are more powerful but these are working ok for now. I am not sure what's the fee if the hearing aids need to be repair after warranty expired?
