Here I go again… praising my experience with Hears Hearing, and of course, Kim Fishman; the BEST! I write again because…. It’s summer in Minnesota, nothing’s changed with my hearing - I’m useless without my devices - BUT - I’m swimming in my hearing aids. Yup. You read it right. Because I choose Hears Hearing I am in possession of the absolute most appropriate choice for not only my hearing loss, but my lifestyle. You do NOT get this kind of service elsewhere. I would recommend the service and experience to everyone who has a hearing loss. The staff is knowledgeable, polite and was willing to find the best possible hearing solutions for me. HHH (Hears Hearing & Hearables) test and verify used hearing aids before putting them out for sale. A great service to a greener earth! Not everyone need the 'most advanced' hearing aids. Good jobs to HHH!!

Excellent customer service. I emailed a question and received a prompt response and advice to confirm that I had selected the right item.
