When HA failed to include a remote controller for a music center as advertised, a customer service rep wrote me to contact the manufacturer because it has "more knowledge on how...to provide parts for the item." I pointed out to HA that I purchased the music center from HA as advertised, not the manufacturer, I did not receive a reply. HA has violated an implied contract between a customer and its delivery of a product as advertised. I am going to notify the Consumer Protection Agency of its contract violation and scummy business practices. Richard Guza
