The product did not work. Your staff should have tested all the components before shipping. I returned and has not been credited for item.

Basically when I encountered a problem with the product I purchased, they referred me to the manufacturer, which is fine. However, after a few months product was defective, and company made good, but I am somewhat wary of buying anything from Heartland America.

When you sign up for their club which gives you a discount, they make it nearly impossible to get out of the automatic renewal feature. At first you could call and leave a message. That did no good, they still charged my card. This year they made it more difficult. Prices seem low because most of the items are refurbished. Even the prices on the regular items are about the same as you could find elsewhere.

There was an issue with the size shoe I ordered. Was returned, however took a couple of weeks before new shipment arrived. Had to contact customer support. Responded and was very apologetic.No problem here.Within a week replaced order was received. In closing, I ordered a 9, I got a 9....however this particular brand the 9 and a half was needed.I am happy with heartland, would shop here again
