From the start the communication and help from Karim was outstanding. The course delivered by Tony was engaging and included lots of real life examples to bring the manual to life. The virtual classroom worked well, as did the breakout rooms and everyone felt they could ask lots of questions. Exam coaching was really helpful. Tony was extremely professional and great trainer.

Tony was great at instructing the PRINCE2 course. He really brought it to life with relevant, relatable examples and a sense of humour. After completing a number of online courses with larger companies, NILC has been by far the best experience I have had.

Tony was great in helping me understand what the manual was trying to tell me and his coaching prior to the Practitioner exam was so helpful especially with the assertion and reason parts. Karim was so helpful with the administration side.
