The content for the training was professional, structured and very well presented. The tutor was excellent with very good knowledge and ability to convey the various options used within Excel. I have definitely benefited from the training and would recommend others to take up the course.

I was really pleased with all the training: MS Teams; PowerPoint for beginners and Chat GPT AI, all the trainers were good communicators, explained their subject areas well, all of which I found useful for my future job and business.

It all started with an email. I suffer with anxiety so reluctant to speak on the phone. I received a reply to my email that came across as professional yet welcoming. When I managed to speak with Karim, he was very friendly and gave me all the details I needed to sign up for the course. He gave simple and easy to follow instructions. The course tutor Julie was very friendly, patient and explained everything in a clear way, but was happy to repeat and answer any questions throughout the course. I would be happy to recommend NILC to anyone looking to complete a course and would definitely look to using them again in the future.
