Stay away from this place they rob you

Stay away from this place they rob you. Start billing your account before you even get the machine and after you return it before the trial period ends because it is a piece of junk they have robbed me and Apple is saying to pay it despite returning it and I HAVE NOTHING to show for the 70.00 payments that were billed to my acct illegally NOTHING . That’s funny you can’t find my account but you’re illegally charging me 70.00 payments not 1 not 2 but 4 amongst other erroneous amts 21 and 17. Just goes to show your a fraud and the better business bureau has been notified

Customer Service is Horrible

Went on chat to get some help and I waited more than 20 minutes to get hold of someone and did not get help at all!

It's very beautiful on my skin! One thing I would change is the fragrance I don't like the smell of the makeup or the primer I would prefer FRAGRANCE FREE.

Not reputable

I ordered on 4-19-24. Once I received my confirmation email and saw the actual cost I called and cancelled. I was told my order was cancelled. Then I received an email saying my order was on the way. They charged PayPal for the supposed free offer. I called and was told to reguse the order and return to sender. I did that. They never sent a cancellation confirmation but continue to tell me to send me a copy of that. Uh, that sounds like an honest company, doesn’t it? I keep asking them for my promised refund and they keep saying they are looking at it. They don’t respond. They violate federal and state laws that say the consumer has a right to cancel. Luminess is not a reputable company. Period.
