I decided to try this product after seeing it endorsed by NBC’s Bobbie Thomas. When I ordered the product the price was $42.60. First I received the product about 10 days after placing the order. To my surprise I was billed $74. First off I never would have ordered regardless of “free trial” knowing the price. I was sold on the $42.60. Second of all customer service when I reached out was just horrible. Needless to say the color match was good and the feel of the product I liked but I will return because I feel the marketing is bait and switch. I see your reply and will reach out during the noted business times. Thank you 7/14/24

I have nothing against the company…

I have nothing against the company itself. The product did not work for me. It’s ok. I wouldn’t buy it again or would I advise anyone to buy it. The hydrating prep spray is nice and seems to be needed so that the foundation sets better. The foundation itself does not build enough to cover my sun spots. The brush looks nice but is rough on the skin because the bristles are too thick.

I have cancelled my subscription WITH PROOF multiple times. I continue to be charged. I wasn’t allowed to return the shipments I received. I want this to stop. The makeup is crap, it doesn’t hold up on my face. Customer service is a JOKE. I’m sick of having to deal with this. I do not want to be charged again.
