I got my product in a timely manner. However they did NOT match my skin color to the product itself. One thing they really need to forces on is the older Generation. Also focus on the true benefits and what it can do for you and you're skin, and allow them to see the before and after photos. Don't just show these younger middle aged women in their 30's but show women in their 60's + that use the product. Older women are always looking for products and ways to help make them look younger. NOT older. So they buy into it believing it will do the same for them, ONLY to find out it was really meant to be used by YOUNGER women not OLDER women. When looking at the advertisement, they are looking ONLY at how beautiful it makes these women look NOT once ever thinking about their own age, but how beautiful it makes them look because they are so captivated and mesmerized by their beauty, never once thinking about themself. So again they buy into it use it and find that it ONLY irritated their now sensitive skin AND enhanced their deep seeded wrinkles and the disappointment they felt when they looked in the mirror. These things are very important to these age groups. So please be mindful and sensitive to their needs as well. Also show a small tutorial video on how to use the serum and product itself. YOU may also want to label it under WARNING! this product May or May not cause skin irritation.

The foundation made my face break out by mid afternoon, it took nearly 3 weeks to even get it, and when I tried returning it so I wasn't charged it seemed like it was impossible to get in contact with anybody. They sure didn't have a problem sending 12 emails a day until I ordered their stuff though.

I cannot speak yet about new device as I have not tried it yet. My old device was amazing and loved the make up foundation, never used blush or eye shadow. Foundation made me look young and always get complements even though I have flwed skin from Type 1 Diabetes and eczema. I decided to try tan sprays for my body but, due to eczema have been afraid to buy the stuff, till I saw your company now had tan sprayer and products. Being on disability I couldn't afford new kit but, my old system burned out. With blindness the luminous air has been a life saver to help get make up on without looking like a clown. I bit the bulled and charged it. Hoping new device will be as easy as other one I had for several years. Will give review on Breeze 2 after I use it but, felt customers should know my sucess with past makeup and device.

I tried my first foundation on the only thing is it was a little to light for my face. But it looked so natural and beautiful, only too bright for my face.

I contact the company to see when my trial was up and how much it would be. So they said $75. I misunderstood the ad. That I saw a ad and I asked to return it and if I could have a QR Code to send the package back. It had not even been opened or used. They were so kind. They told me that I could keep it. They canceled my order. Very good company and excellent customer service. Thank you😊

I received the product but the color is wrong. I don’t know how to get a different color. I would like to have a better color match to my skin. The one I received was to orange.
