I recently booked an intensive course over the phone with Adam who was incredibly helpful and delivered amazing customer service. First of all the service for booking tests was painless, you literally do nothing while they arrange all the dates for you. Second of all, they found me a great instructor, Laurence Sevume, who really teaches you all the detail you need to know about the test, but also ensures that you’ll be a good driver at the end of the day. He makes the lessons enjoyable and time flies.
