Spoke to jack and asked many questions as this is regarding my son who has failed his test 2 times on small things. Jack rang me back as I requested so I could speak to my son. Confirmed the price includes everything even when they find cancellation. Process was easy and reassuring. Received email confirmation straight away while on the phone. Completed the portal was simple process now waiting for test date. Thank you Jack amazing customer service

Fantastic service

Fantastic service from both my instructor, Leon and Shay from their Customer Support Team. Im so glad I found out about Pass Me Fast as the app and structure of the whole course has been amazing, just what I needed - I look forward to my remaining lessons ahead of my test date 🤞🏻

A really good experience

A really good experience. Shay was great answering any questions I had and even following up with a call after my course. Vicky too was an excellent instructor, always on time, and patient 10/10

One thing that's always been important…

One thing that's always been important to me is learning to drive. Because of circumstances and one thing and another it was always put off. I decided to bite the bullet and get it done. I like the lessons with my instructor Barry, great guy he is PATIENT and UNDERSTANDING 🤣. I enjoy driving. Shay at the centre rings to see how things are and asks if you have any issues or questions about your driving lesson or upcoming test. It helps that someone is there if you need someone. Can't fault these guys at all. Cheers
