Very friendly team, i cant wait to get my instructor very soon to contact me and start my lessons :)

I am in two minds as to whether this is an openly fraudulent outfit specifically designed to rip off unsuspecting individuals or just an epically useless group of individuals that are all just criminally incompetent. I originally signed my daughter up in March 2024 with a view to her doing 25 hours of intensive lessons after finishing GCSEs and taking a test in July 2024 before she went away in the summer. After eventually getting a test date in July 2024 the process of getting an instructor allocated was chaotic. Eventually got one and organised dates for the whole block only for the instructor to cancel the day of her first lesson 4 weeks prior to test date. No replacement was organised and we had to cancel the test date. Eventually got a replacement instructor to start the lessons October 2024 but no test date organised by Pass Me Fast. I eventually got her a test date 90 miles from where I really wanted but all set for January 2025 only to find out today that Pass Me Fast have without consulting me moved that test date to June 2025. And here’s the worst part - all this has cost around £82 per hour vs the going rate of £35-40 per hour. Double the going rate for a despicable level of help/service. I genuinely wish I’d never heard of this company.

My instructor was personal the best, indept knowledge, professional approach, timely, she is quite outspoken in a positive way, kind and patience. My instructor absolutely understand all the intricacies of work. If I have to learn again, I definitely choose her as my instructor.

Awful company, 100% a scam. It’s not an intensive course as they label to be, they just assign you a random driver in the area and they’re the ones who give you regular lessons. Nothing intensive about it
