AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS
I’m incredibly disappointed with my experience with PassMeFast. The name is misleading—they are anything but fast! Despite the promises of efficiency and support, my experience has been plagued with delays, poor communication, and zero resolution to my issues. After months of waiting, I still haven’t been assigned an instructor, nor have I been given a test date. Emails and phone calls go unanswered, leaving me completely in the dark. When I finally did manage to get in touch, they tried to push me to change my transmission preference—despite my already owning an automatic car! It’s clear this was for their convenience and to charge me more money, which is both frustrating and unprofessional. I only booked 10 hours of lessons, as I’m confident in my driving and just needed some guidance and a test date. Instead, I’ve been left waiting for months with no progress or updates. PassMeFast has been anything but helpful, and I cannot recommend their services to anyone. If you’re looking for efficiency and reliability, look elsewhere!
Awful communications, do not waste your money
Awful communications, terrible company do not give you their money. They make the whole experience more stressful not less stressful! I paid PassMeFast over £1,000 for their package as I am in a full time job plus had major life events coming up so didn’t want the stress of having to find an instructor and book a test etc. It took ages for them to assign an instructor (over a month) and I had to chase them up through their contact us and eventually phone as they never reply to support messages. All admin that I had planned on NOT having to do because I had paid such a large amount to avoid the admin! The instructor they found was fine although changed the start time before my practical several times so we ended up with less time to practice and I failed my first test. My instructor was moving so told me to just get another test through PMF for after they move and change it on an app. No tests came up to change it to so I ended up not being able to attend my test as I had no instructor - I was moving at the time into a house and never had a reply from PMF so ended up wasting one of the tests I paid for. I have messaged PMF with the whole situation they have not replied and continue sending me tests that aren’t even in any area I’ve driven in and when I currently don’t even have an assigned instructor. Wasted over a thousand pounds on a service not fit for purpose and their customer service is utterly atrocious!
Take no accountability and simply ignore you
You pay an extremely high price for no better results than doing it all independently. They do not pay instructors nearly what they get from you and also have a huge unwillingness to help unless they are selling you something. Please read for context and be warned before purchasing… I signed up to pass me fast in early March/April last year. Long story but they booked me a test for August. After finding an instructor I found out through them that my test was now October 3rd. I was never contacted by pass me fast to ask if this date was suitable (it was not as I was going to be on my honeymoon). They used the excuse that the DVSA changed it, but I was never notified nor did pass me fast contact me. An agent said he’d rearrange and we discussed best time frames. We discussed moving it back to August or perhaps September. At no stage did he mention that it would be later than October 3rd. A couple of weeks later I get a notification to say it was now moved to the 19th of November. I obviously called and was told it’s out of their hands, there is a long wait list (good thing they have a name like pass me fast and sell on that basis then isn’t it). When speaking to the girl on the phone in July, she said along the lines “I don’t see the problem, November is still a fast tracked test, because if you booked now, you'd be waiting until Feb next year”. I pointed out that I didn’t sign up in late July, I signed up in late March/early April, so no, the November date was not in fact quicker than had I booked it independently back then. She also advised that I can track the test myself and look out for cancellations. Based on the huge profit they make from the premium price, you would think this is something they could assist with, but no. They do not care once they have your money. After a complaint was logged which I had to chase after weeks I received a very generic email advising DVSA cancelled it, so that’s the end. I followed up mentioning their care teams negligence, clarity on their own terms and conditions and also requested they forward me the confirmation from DVSA that they had changed it (as it states in their ts&cs they receive). Each email has been simply emailed ignored. I have had to go to the length or requesting a subject access request to get this info via a way they cannot simply refuse or ignore as it is a consumer right. Ultimately everything is someone else’s problem, if you have an issue you need to sort it yourself and they will not help you. Based on their willingness to point blank ignore me I have no faith that they ever booked the test for August in the first place and I will wait to see what the subject access request tells me.

Avoid PassMeFast at All Costs – A Deceptive and Poorly Managed Service
I strongly advise against using the services of PassMeFast. While their customer service is excellent when they want you to sign up—responding within minutes and making impressive promises—their behavior afterward is as bad as it gets. Here’s my experience: I initially enquired about their services and received a cold call. During that call, I explained my situation clearly. I was uncertain about committing due to time constraints, financial worries, and the fact that I hadn’t yet passed my theory test. Despite this, the salesperson assured me that their “exclusive deal” was a limited-time offer, pressuring me to act quickly. They explicitly stated that the process wouldn’t start until I submitted my details after passing my theory test. Trusting their assurances, I paid the deposit but did not proceed with filling in my details, as instructed, until I had passed my theory test. Months later, when I logged in to proceed, I was shocked to find that my account had “expired” and my deposit was forfeited. Despite repeated attempts to resolve the issue, I was put on hold for long periods and met with passive-aggressive, sarcastic responses from their staff, who essentially told me that my money was gone. This company employs high-pressure sales tactics and misleading assurances to secure payments, only to turn unhelpful and dismissive once they have your money. While they may have satisfied customers, there are far too many similar stories of customers losing their money due to misleading practices. If I had known the full picture, I would never have entrusted this company with over £1,000. I urge everyone to read all reviews carefully before committing—don’t let yourself be pressured into signing up and risk losing your hard-earned money.
Azim was professional and friendly
Azim was professional and friendly throughout, thorough in his explanations and kind enough to give me a call back the following day to arrange everything. The kind of person you want to help you book something as vital as a driving test.
