My son was allocated Arnold White through PassMeFast. He immediately found Arnold approachable and friendly. Very easy to set up his lessons and tailored everything to his needs. This all reflected in him passing first time.

Nasty company

Nasty company, nasty people don't bother with these. I recently found out I have an aggressive form of cancer, I asked for my money back as I cannot proceed with any driving. I have not yet had any lessons. The man i spoke to said they would keep £250 deposit plus admin fee. He was very rude when I stated that this was unfair and I would like £400 out of £456 back. He replied I would need to prove i have cancer. This is disgusting. I asked to speak to a manager he put me on hold then cut me off. Give me my money. I'm going to my local MP and the papers with this. I have sent emails and messages to the company but nobody is talking to me. Update for 30/10/24 I have had messages saying that they will look into it! How about refunding my £400 please. 2/11/24 Still waiting for my refund. And for someone to talk to me 8/11/24 After asking pass me fast to cancel they are harassing me for my theory test results or my account will be suspended. I asked you to cancel this over and over again and refund me £400 I'm still waiting. Everything is now passed onto a solicitor.
