Arriver à l'aéroport en Turquie ((et c'est la même chose pour les 3 visites à la clinique car j'ai fais mes couronnes en zirconium que mon dentiste en France m'a confirmé que c'est des zirconium de très haut qualité et que le travail est super... ))) Arriver à l'aéroport je suis prise en charge par le chauffeur de veraclinique jusqu'à l'hôtel ... et entre l'hôtel et la clinique aussi. J'ai fais tout mes couronnes et 2 implans Sans oublier DR MOMEN très professionnel ...il m'a donné des conseils pour moi et ma fille qui était avec moi vraiment des conseils d'un vrai médecin qui est pas là juste pour vendre . Il aime son travail et il le fait avec son cœur et pour vous.. Veraclinique je la recommande pour les greffes de cheveux et pour les dents. These people were very professional and made my first visit and every visit since to their clinic a pleasant experience, where I thought I would be just another number. From the driver to the reception I recieved their incredible treatment. I have to say that they took time to explain what they could do to correct the misplaced implants that I had done in Budapest Hungary. Their cost was half and personal attention double. Comparable pricing with superior quality. Dr Seline performed a difficult procedure to fit me with such a smile that I cried at the results. After 10 years without any teeth I could smile again. I returned half a year later while on a vacation and stopped to have This wonderful Doctor tighten denture at no cost. They treated me like family. I will return to them for any dental work if ever needed. I can not say or thank them enough for their entire team.

Visited the clinic to have my teeth done (crowns) and can't be more happier. Arrived on a Sunday night with a free airport transfer waiting, courtesy of the clinic, took me to my hotel. In the morning with excellent communication by phone to inform me of the appointment for the following day. Visited an immaculately clean and professional clinic where everyone was so friendly and polite. All transfers to and from the clinic were sorted so no worries how you will get there. Procedure was slightly uncomfortable but I was aware of this prior and given the fact my teeth were being shaved down. By Wednesday had my permanent teeth put in and what a huge change it has made. My confidence has improved and can now smile without feeling conscious. 1 other reason for having them done was for my wedding, which now I am married and was smiling the whole day, where as before would of had my mouth closed. I reviewed and done my research on many different clinics in Turkey and can honestly say I am 100% satisfied and glad I went here. Even the after care by them is amazing and cannot fault them at all.

Je suis allé à la clinique VeraClinic pour refaire 28 dents en zirconium, après avoir comparé différentes cliniques à Istanbul. J'ai réussi à négocier un tarif très compétitif. Dès mon arrivée à l'aéroport, j'ai bénéficié d'un service VIP jusqu'à mon hôtel. Chaque jour pendant les sept jours de traitement, on est venu me chercher à mon hôtel et m'a ramené après ma visite à la clinique. Au retour en France, j'ai constaté un léger problème sur une couronne, que j'ai signalé au service qualité de VeraClinic. Ils ont accepté de corriger le travail et ont organisé mon retour pendant cinq jours supplémentaires. Ils ont pris en charge mon hébergement, mes transports quotidiens vers la clinique et même le coût de mon pass sanitaire. J'ai seulement payé les vols aller-retour, le reste a été totalement pris en charge en garantie. Ma femme et moi avons été logés dans un hôtel cinq étoiles, entièrement réglé par la clinique. J'avais des craintes quant à leur réactivité une fois de retour en France, mais ils ont maintenu un excellent service. Un an après, tout est parfait et je suis extrêmement satisfait. Je recommande vivement leurs services. Si vous avez des questions, je serais ravi d'y répondre, car VeraClinic mérite cette recommandation. Je suis convaincu que vous serez satisfait du résultat et du prix mais n’hésitez pas à négocier, ils sont très ouverts.

I had my teeth done and my under eye bags removed and my partner had a hair transplant with Vera clinic, All procedures went really well. We were picked up and treated fantastically from beginning to end. Everything was organised for us before we travelled and Vera clinic was very good value for money.
