Update 19.02.2025 after Vera Clinic reply below: This is how you will be treated if you have any issues with them please be careful thank God for showing who they truly are before I ended up in a foreign country with them and their poor customer care or understanding as ot seems to be an entire company issue. I wish I could upload the emails and whatsapp messages to show you all the full correspondence and because I can't please see a compressed version of the conversation below. The response I got from my whatsapp conversation with Hale Neril Kıvılcım because he/she was justifying Ersins behaviour stating - "His intention was never to make you feel bad, is that because I know him as a person too. He is a really nice guy with lots of experience and knowledge. Here the problem is actually both parties are not able to see the other’s facial expressions and the tone of voice. Since we are doing a work online here, it’s very hard to reflect our emotions. All of us, including you, Ersin, me or other people, we all are sometimes not in the mood, sometimes experience bad things or we get so tired and we can not clearly review and think what other people might think or feel." My response: Your replies are actually infuriating. So to sum it up in a nut shell. Your basically condoning his behaviour because you know him. Not once have you stated he was flat out in the wrong. You're just trying to justify his behaviour by stating "We do work online and cannot reflect emotions." Yet myself and about 1 billion other people seem to utilise emails and texts in an empathetic manner on the daily without hurting someone else's feelings UNLESS IT WAS DONE INTENTIONALLY AND WITH MALICIOUS INTENT. Hale response: "I am sorry for how you think" So instead of acknowledging my feelings, and essentially deflecting responsibility for their colleague actions, implying that my perception of the situation is the problem, rather than their behavior that caused me to feel the way I did when I was told to "Consider reviewing your email conversations carefully and, if possible, share them with a trusted friend or therapist for an objective perspective." By saying "sorry for how you think," Essentially saying my feelings are not valid because they stem from my interpretation of events, not the actual events themselves. This phrase also puts the onus on me to change my perspective, rather than them taking responsibility for the actions that caused my discomfort. This can be a subtle way to undermine my confidence and make me doubt my own reality of the situation. Is this something you want to go through whilst being in a foreign country or while they do any medical procedures on you? They even tried to say its hard to show emotions via email and deflect the rude comments made by Ersin so I asked AI a computer generator if the original comment is rude and disrespectful to email to a customer and the computerise emotionless ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE generated the below response: Yes, this email could come across as rude and unprofessional to a customer. The tone is confrontational and might make the customer feel defensive or belittled. The suggestion to involve a "trusted friend or therapist" might seem dismissive, implying that the customer is not capable of understanding or processing the situation on their own. To maintain professionalism and foster a constructive dialogue, you could rephrase it in a more empathetic and neutral way, such as: "I understand there may be a misunderstanding here, and I want to ensure we address any concerns. If you’d like, I’d be happy to go over our email exchanges to clarify things and ensure we’re on the same page."This approach keeps the focus on resolving the issue without assigning blame. Yet I am the one here feeling like I have to justify why I feel so upset and prove to them that my feelings matter. Currently I am still waiting for my deposit to be refunded and am currently going through other reviews on here to find a good caring dental clinic as my flights are non-transferable. -----‐------------------------------------- Medical consultant Ersin Nogay was so outrageously rude and disrespectful. I had asked repeatedly if a reference number was required when making a bank transfer was needed so they knew to allocate my money towards my procedure and it ended with this reply from him: "I don't think I'm the rude one here. Consider reviewing your email conversations carefully and, if possible, share them with a trusted friend or therapist for an objective perspective." When I forwarded the entire email correspondence off to Vera Dental they just changed my medical consultant. This is very concerning if you have any real issues they would just ignore you.

I give the dental work 10 out of 10 very good experience merve was very professional answered all my questions and concerns and facilitie was very clean price was reasonable I happy and I will return for future dental work

My experience was amazing from the start august 2024 my first visit to have bone graft then I returned in Nov 2024 to complete my full mouth make over my dentist dr Muamin was so kind and professional the nurses Ms aleyna and Ms Aysel were so helpful trying to make me feel comfortable translator Mejid was always there to help me understand the procedure . Everyone was very helpful Vera clinic is very modern and so clean when I arrived at clinic on the first day I knew I had made a good decision to come to Istanbul to have my dental care . I just love my implants when I look in the mirror I can see my beautiful teeth. I can can now smile and not be embarrassed to show my teeth . Vera clinic provided me with transportation to and from airport and also transportation to clinic visits this was very helpful since I did not know my way around . Also the hotel where Vera clinic booked my stay world elite hotel was amazing hotel. 5 star hotel they had the best breakfast buffet. This trip was amazing. a great vacation I got to do some sightseeing and eat at fabulous restaurants and did some shopping I felt very safe in istanbul people very friendly great experience I will never forget . Thanks Vera clinic Istanbul is a very beautiful city I fell in love with turkey hope to return again to visit some day. Also Turkish airlines was great has great food and lots of great movies to keep me occupied for the 12 hour journey from Houston

The complete experience with Vera Smile was incredible, from the first consultation to the final check up I was made to feel extremely important, the treatment from start to finish was professional and thorough they did more than I ever expected and the final product is life changing, I have not been so happy or felt this confidence within myself ever.
