Communication is conducted exclusively via WhatsApp, and they use a generic Gmail account and a Revolut account for transactions, which are clear red flags for a professional service. Unlike legitimate financial institutions, they do not offer formal phone support, making it nearly impossible to reach them through official channels. Their so-called "application guide" is nothing more than a Google Drive link sent via email, raising serious doubts about their credibility. If you request verification, they may provide documents supposedly from DUO, but upon visiting DUO’s customer service, I was informed that these documents were not recognized or legitimate. To make matters worse, they pay for top placement on Google search results, ensuring they appear as a trustworthy service when, in reality, they are anything but. DO NOT ENGAGE WITH THIS SERVICE. DO NOT SIGN ANY AGREEMENTS. DO NOT MAKE ANY PAYMENTS. If you are looking for student finance in the Netherlands, always apply directly through DUO.NL, where the process is FREE and SECURE. Do not fall victim to their predatory tactics. Stay informed, verify sources, and always use official government platforms.
