I never received my mobile verification code via SMS even thought I re-requested one 9-10 times. I have an overseas phone number (USA) which I assume a lot of your customers do given this is a day 2 arrival test. Not sure if it was an issue with my mobile phone carrier but I receive verifications fine normally

Ordene mi test segundo dia junto con mi familia , el de mis hijas llego pero nunca el mio, despues de un intercambio de emials donde parecia que si me llegaria, nunca me llego, tuve que regresar a espana con el riezgo de que me pidieran el test y tal vez no me dejaran volar de regreso a espana por suerte nadie me pregunto por el,, entre mi familia yo fui el 30 porciento,,,tu quieres tomar el riezgo de ser ese 30 por ciento ??? entonces contrata este servicio Wilson Machado

My day 2 test arrived on day 3. The rest of the test experience was really good.

Very fast service. Different to ones I've used before. This one you have to take a photo of yourself with the cartridge before you take the test. Didnt know this until I done test and then started the register process. Didnt say anywhere on the leaflet enclosed. Apart from this great for £5.00
