Easy ordering process. Tests arrived at appropriate time. Clear instructions and quick result. Very reasonably priced compared to some.

The kit arrived with no instructions on how to upload my results. Now it’s an email battle to do that and try to explain how I’ve arrived and I’m not departing UK. Upload is late and no idea if that will have any consequences yet. Poor service and expensive.
