It should be made a lot more clearer that you need to take a picture of the test BEFORE you actually take the test to show it unused.

Easy to follow instructions to purchase. The test had arrived before I got back from my holiday (small enough to be posted through letterbox) . Just clicked the link on the email and followed instructions to do test and upload before and after photos and scan QR code. Certificate was sent within 10 minutes of them receiving my test result. Brilliant service. Would use again.
