Website not working at all. Terrible experience. Had to use another provider instead

First class service, queries responded to promptly. Results certificate quickly received

Overall experience is not as slick as other tests I have used when traveling. There is no app and everything is web based and not time driven unlike other site experiences. Customer services was great thought and Reshma was extremely helpful
