My test arrived very quickly. The instructions were very clear and the results came back very promptly.

The test arrived in the mail promptly and was inexpensive. The process of taking the test and submitting the results was very well explained and easy. My only complaint is the QR code reader/camera would not work for me in Safari so I had to download Chrome to get the website app to work properly.

The test instructions with the kit do not include the need to take a picture of the unused test before you take it.

Tests came on time. Unfortunately in one of the 3 tests ordered, the Extraction Buffer Tube was missing.
