I don’t like that you can speak to anyone with questions. Best you can do is email someone and then they tell you to watch your video.

Received a sealed kit but it was missing the solution tube. Luckily I had a box of the same kits so used one from this as otherwise I would not have been able to complete my day 2 as required when returning from abroad.

Mostly straightforward. We appreciated a prompt reply when asking if we could use tests bought for a previous trip when the rules changed to PCR, and were assured that was fine.
