Some written instructions with the test would have made the whole process clearer. Other providers have included instructions in the pack. And not everyone is comfortable swapping between email, apps and websites on a mobile phone. Once an error is made, there is no obvious provision to clear the form and start again, just a sign saying error. Not helpful!

I found the testing and uploading process very confusing and stressing. I could not finalize the upload process because the ‘waiting for result’ page got stuck and went nowhere. Therefore, I don’t know whether you received or not my test which was negative anyway. Your system really need attention for improvement.
