First time purchase and very pleased with what I bought. Good variety and smells gorgeous even just opening the box. Good value and looking forward to melting these.

I've been a waxys,fan for a couple of years! they are my go to wax melts! I love the strong scents they last a good while! package is always so cheerful they make a great last minute prezzie!!

I never got a Christmas box at all and because I’ve already been in touch twice about missing orders didn’t want to bother you ,as child was in hospital x

****UPDATE*** Order was received yesterday - my only initial concern was that i actually didn't receive any order confirmation email after i had placed the initial order. -------------------------------------------- No communication since ordering over a week ago. No idea where my order is or when ill receive. 1st time buyer and probably last.

No one has replied to my request to send goods after Christmas. I am assuming they are closed for a fortnight! I really want the melts but am considering requesting a refund soon.
