Great customer service, Wheels were as in the advertised and were of excellent quality, delivered exactly when they said and well packaged. I would recommend them to anyone who wants to buy a good quality set of wheels.

From initial contact, to finish and fitting of wheels the team made the process as smooth as the level of black gloss on the alloys!

Although their website is great, I found their service to be less good. The website says wheel refurbishment takes 2-3 days but I had to chase them to get my car back (dropped off Thursday morning, collected the following Wednesday), their website opens with a 5% off on your first order (and doesn't specify what type of order) but when paying you discover that it only applies to the purchase of new wheels and, finally, pressing the buttons on the keypad on the gate doesn't get anyone's attention. Addition, following Alloy Hub's reply. We clearly don't see things the same way. Friday to Tuesday is three days, so Friday to Wednesday is four. I never said I was happy with the work, it's only okay, not perfection. The 5% discount doesn't state that it only applies to wheels and the keypad wasn't working when I originally booked my car in, four weeks before I actually dropped it off.

Absolutely delighted with the refurbishment of my Porsche wheels. The whole process was explained to me and after I chose a colour I left the car in their capable hands for 3 days. The finish and quality of the work is so good they look brand new. Could not be happier. My thanks to all the guys for their excellent workmanship. I highly recommend.

I used The Alloy Wheel Hub for the first time I got 2 alloys from my Audi A3 s.line re Diamond cut back to OAM spec they did an absalutely fantastic job,with great attention to detail,they re balanced the wheels with new valves and even new dust caps...Will certainly be using them again,and will be recommending them...Thankyou Guys
