Ultimately, all went well and I received my visa as promised. However, I was not pleased that I was required to pay an "appointment fee" of $79 over the phone before the face-to-face meeting. Also, though Marco seemed to know what he was doing, the office had no sign on the exterior of the building and it was furnished with only a desk, a folding chair and a copy machine. Clearly, this branch of the company needs a professional upgrade to instill a little more confidence in the authenticity of the service.

A previous experience with Joye Jackson is what lead us back here. We had a small window of time to get a visa for a place that typically requires a lengthy amount of time for approval. Not only did you all get the job done, the customer service was pure perfection! The initial call was with Marco (sp), who is based in Atlanta. She was absolutely amazing! She was patient, attentive, and genuine. She was calm as I was silently panicking. Just an absolute gem. Marco even called back when she said she would! Good old fashioned customer service! Marco set the tone and exceuted, and for that I am appreciative. Min was the person who worked on the file in D.C.. I did not have an opportunity to speak with him directly, but I spoke with his teammate who was absolutely amazing! Everyone I chatted with and spoke with after I sent off my documents were all extremely pleasant and helpful. I received my documents this morning within the timeframe that was promised. This experience is worth every single star!
