TVP mailed the documents to DC with the funds from the initial charge, however, requested additional funds to mail the Passport back.

We already had a vacation to Europe planned, all the tickets booked, leaving in one week when we realized our passports expired the month before. They were great at communicating and making sure every step was done properly so we wouldn’t encounter any problems. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

It was great but communication could hav been better. For example, after submitting docs communication did not happen nor was the portal updated with the status of my passaport. At one point I was also told the wrong eta for my passaport and didn’t find until I called to find the status.
