Service was great from beginning to end

Made the application process easy with their own worksheets. However, there were some extra documents that they reptitively asked for even though it was already given to them in an earlier email. Just felt like our congierge rep was not paying enough attention. Overall, good service with quick turnaround time.

Hidden fees even after having a salesperson assure that everything was included. When my visa had been approved got a call from TVP telling me that i had to pay more money. Either I paid it or they would keep my passport until I paid the remaining balance. Also received the information in a threatening tone.
