It was easy and fast

Process was pretty straightforward

The China visa application process is harrowing, and Travel Visa Pro has the expertise to get you there at a great price (but with a lot of back-and-forth phone calls). We initially couldn't tell whether or not Travel Visa Pro was a scam or not due to the so-so English and scattered communication we received during our China visa application process. We originally filled out the form ourselves, but then our representative told us that we made some errors (due to ambiguity on the China visa form itself) and we needed to pay him to fill it out. We called him several times to ask questions and verify it wasn't a scam, and then we paid ~$15 each to have him fill it out for us. Then, our representative raised the issue of proving our US citizenship (China has different rules for whom they consider eligible for visas vs. national travel documents), and Americans with Chinese or Korean ancestry might have to provide a lot of additional information (parent passports, birth certificate, parent marriage license) to prove that their parents were US citizens when they were born. It took a long time to understand this, and we made many, many calls with Travel Visa Pro to understand this. We ended up not having to go down this route because we had previous China visas, which are key to streamlining the process. In the end, Travel Visa Pro was able to get us our China visas in just a month (we didn't pay for expediting) and waived a bunch of fees, so it ended up being quite cheap. Now we know that Travel Visa Pro is a legitimate service (phew!), I feel more confident that future visa applications with them would be smooth sailing. I would use them again!
