Everyone was very helpful, patient and answered all my questions.

Well let’s see, I paid for the 2-4 day service at the beginning of March and didn’t get my visa until the end of March because they kept coming up with excuses as to why they couldn’t submit my application in a timely manner, 1st when I placed my order the initial email with the three steps didn’t include a shipping label, I had to ask for the label which was sent the following day, I also feel that in those 3 steps it should include a little note explaining that the worksheet could take a couple of hours to complete but that’s not the main issue, it was that my worksheet was incomplete then I informed them that I had already submitted a cova application and asked if they could get the info they needed from my application to which I gave them my application number and they said they would get back to me which wasn’t until the next day which actually was a Monday because it was Friday and I’m sure I’m getting my days mixed up, but every day that following week was something new, they called and questioned my nationality because I was born in Germany but only had US citizenship NO I DON’T HAVE DUAL CITIZENSHIP my father was in the US Army and was deployed in Germany with my mom at the time and then I was asked to submit a statement to answer for a small gap in my employment which I was unemployed during Covid but I didn’t get this call until later in the early evening so this added yet another delay but by far the biggest issue was them asking for an official invitation letter stating that this letter has to come from the Chinese government and this held up the process for several more days because I had to constantly tell them that there’s no official letter that comes from the Chinese government for Americans the invitation letter comes from the hiring company and what they were calling the official invitation letter was actually the work permit that the Chinese government signs off on when the hiring company presents the invitation letter. There’s too much to explain any further in detail, the visa travel pro team didn’t seem very professional and I won’t be using the service again and I will be posting a negative Google review.
