They contacted me by phone and email when there was some small issue. Everything was resolved quickly. I liked the website very much. It has all information, very detailed instructions, status of the request and very easy to navigate. Great. I was impressed. I would recommend the company to anyone.

Process was done on time

The service was simple and the process went faster than the timeframe they advertised. They were very communicative through the submission process. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is that after I got everything submitted and responded to their emails, I never heard anything back. My visa just showed up in the mail a few days later. Waiting to hear back is the most stressful part, so some updates would be nice.
