Overall very happy with the outcome. However, there were multiple hiccups during my initial conversations and having an agent that was consistent. Basically spoke with a different agent EVERYTIME I tried contacting the assigned agent on my case. This was specifically for my 11 yr. Old son, so a minor. Therefore, there were a couple more hoops to jump through to make it a smooth process. Additionally, we only had a 14 day window to complete the whole process and they really came through in the end. Travel Visa Pro agency was able to help pinpoint several errors in my documents, which really helped ensure everything was up to par.
