I paid 210.00 and was promised that i will get my passport in 2 weeks but got it in 7 weeks instead. Did not get a refund back. That is unacceptable.

Before I decided to go with TVP, I did my research and also approached to TVP representative for any concerns and customer review comments that I saw online.
