Travel Visa Pro staff were very helpful! They were very communicative during the entire process. They laid out the instructions on the site and as soon as I booked my order someone called me on my phone to make sure I had all the documents right. The process took exactly as long as they said it would (4 days in my case). No issues here. Super happy with the service.

I had a great experience with Travel Visa Pro during a stressful time. Not only did I have upcoming, unexpected international travel within 2 weeks, my passport was set to expire the day before I needed to leave AND I wasn't getting paid until days later and I really needed to get the processes started. Travel Visa Pro / Jen told me to just go ahead and get started, we moved forward with getting paper work submitted so that way they can verify it's all correct before you actually send it off so no time is wasted. Then I paid a few days later when I got paid, just at the time I was able to send in the physical paper work so it was perfect. But I had been pre-screened, basically, before that, so I knew everything was going to work as far as getting it back on time. Had it back well ahead of when it was supposed to be here. Expensive service, but it works!
