It took only 10 days to receive all of my searches back for a property purchase. Totally amazing and I can certainly say I would never wait for our solicitors to order their own searches for any future house purchases. It has sped up the process so much, and was so easy to order and receive the reports.

Great service, came through so quickly

Very prompt and responsive service, and excellent status updates along the way. In depth reports which gave great insight into the property. I upgraded to the Groundsure Avista pack ( total £345 , as compared to £285 homebuyers pack), and it was worth the additional price. PSD also paid the local council on their own for a expedited search. PSD is truly efficient and I would recommend it to all homebuyers. Be armed with these reports, as soon as your offer is accepted, and before you sign up for a solicitor. if you find major issues in the reports, you can renegotiate or walk away ,and you don't have to pay the solicitors. They will do the searches at their own leisure and if they find a problem at the last minute , you will need to pay them, even if you walk away from the deal.
