I used Property Searches Direct for a local search last month and once again, the service they provided was just way beyond expectation. Mike called me within 5 minutes after I placed the order online, just before he had to go into a meeting, to assure me it would be done as quickly as it possibly can. He called me back a couple of hours later, wanted to reconfirm the exact location of the flat: the flat was within a large purpose built block, so he wanted to make sure the local search would be done to a more precise location, as the building covers a long stretch of the main road. Used this company for a search on my own property as i was just interested in the results. Very impressive on the quantity, quality and speed of the information supplied. I suspect, if you have the time and knowledge, you could get the same information free of charge off the internet. For, currently £65, it seems a fair price and i suppose it could go a long way in helping you decide in a purchase of a property. The only slight criticism is the information presented is slightly confusing, but i suppose this is a legal document at the end of the day.

Absolutely outstanding level of customer service, and recently conversed with Daniel telling him so. Needed a quick turnaround and immediate visibility of the search reports in order to progress the bridge funding for a commercial property purchase. PSD were able to set-up a tailored solution that directly met my requirements and made the entire process simple and painless. I have used Property Searches Direct for local searches for a number of properties I was interested in and the service they provided was excellent! They actually called me on a few occasions just to update me on the progress of the searches, along with an expected date of when the search might come back; a great professional service with some nice personal touches. On one occasion, they even called me just to make sure I had not paid twice for a search my lawyer had also placed. It was a very pleasant and unexpected surprise that further highlights they take customer care very seriously. These are real people who take the initiative to call you rather than the usual monotone robot at the end of the line! Would highly recommend!
