Items lost during shipping

The majority of the original order was lost during shipping (fell out of the package). I called customer service and they re-sent the missing items as soon as they were available again. Completely made whole as I received the rest of my order about two weeks later.

Thanks for asking if I received this order and chance to review. Great products, great service as always. I do believe that I received everything in this order. I absolutely received the Penn Spinfisher reel. Have not had chance to use it yet due to the weather. I think I received all of the diamond jigs, and one may have come in a separate delivery. Great follow up from the company. Nothing related to Tackle Direct but my guess is that the reason you were following up to see if I received this order is due to very, very inconsistent USPS package tracking during COVID-19 (I could not tell when I tracked). Appreciate that follow up! I also ordered a Toadfish rod from you 15 days ago. Hope I receive that but USPS has not updated their tracking since it was checked in. Would have given 5 stars if you could convince me it was actually on its way so I didn’t keep looking out the front door (or let me know it wasn’t so I could purchase at local tackle shop and create claim). Sorry about that but in your defense the 14 other orders ($1200+) I placed with you over the past year have absolutely arrived faster than expected. I think this is a USPS thing but still very frustrating especially since I had specific trip planned to use it. Thanks for the opportunity for review and feedback!

Don’t ship by USPS

Placed an order Dec. 14, 2020 got notified from USPS that package was waiting label on Dec. 15, tracked for several weeks with no updates. Jan. 4, 2021 still no package. I contacted TackleDirect and they refunded my shipping cost. Still waited for package to arrive nothing. TackleDirect refunded my card. Received order Jan.11 TackleDirect was not the problem and will order from them again just don’t use worthless USPS for shipping.
