Customer Support communication a little slow but very fair ...

I have been very happy with their services until I purchased a reel that had a fault. After (too) much back n’ forth the reel was replaced. Only to find a new reel with same error. It’s now 5 days since I wrote them and no response… thats just not good enough.. Not suggesting that TackleDirect are to blaim for the faulty reels..but they are responsible for handling the matter in a swift and proffessional manner. This is far from the case. Their Customer Support is simply not geared to handle ..well, customers and issues —————————————— Update: 1. Yes since this post customer service has now replied. And offered a refund, which is very generous. Happy about that. 2. Its not that I live in Denmark - response has been via email and still slow, so that makes no difference. 3. As a summary Tackledirect have done what they could (and beyond) it just took to long to communicate and keep momentum in getting to solutions. But I have revised my review rating based on their latest actions..and would happy to shop there again..
