Ben Turley and Kate Sheridan did an excellent job in helping me to remortgage! As someone who’s contracted both through a limited company and as PAYE I have found it difficult in the past to remortgage, but Ben as the mortgage broker and Kate as the mortgage support officer provided an outstanding service and I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them. Ben and Kate were very professional and tenacious in finding the right products and closing the deal with the lender I just can’t rate them highly enough for the outstanding service that they provided!

The fee of £1495 was not fully explained to me and the broker even said ‘we don’t charge you a fee we take it from the company’ so I foolishly trusted that. The mortgage draws down and I’m hit with a £1495 fee to pay them! I could have gone to the bank myself and sorted the mortgage if I’d realised I was paying that much money to them to do it for me! READ THE SMALL PRINT FULLY!! Don’t be caught out like me!

After trying, unsuccessfully, with local brokers to arrange a re-mortgage, I was delighted with the assistance I received from Your Mortgage People. I am happy to say the re-mortgage completed today.
