Good service always avaliable on the phone and did what they said they would do.

Initially I was happy with the application part. Had one guy that I was in contact with. Soon as it was accepted i was passed to another lady and told she was my contact. Realising I hadnt really borrowed enough I emailed this lady and tried calling her but no reply. The next contact I had was from more different ppl. Meanwhile I now had a portal directly dealing with solicitors for the new mortgage. So no longer required these ppl. Next time I heard from them was for their extortionate fee for which I feel they really hadn't earned at all. I'd recommend searching out your own mortgage and saving yourself money.
