Can’t fault absolutely nothing ,upfront from beginning about charges . And my mortgage went through to the exact date that I gave them to finalise. When I couldn’t manage anything that was too technical for me they spoke and talked me through everything or just sent documents to me to sign . From start to finish and everyone I dealt with I cannot fault
